For domes, indoor complexes, training facilities & multi-field destinations

Run your building.
It never goes dark.

Your season isn’t a string of Saturdays. A tournament loads in Thursday and runs through Sunday, the next operator loads in Monday. A dome opens at six and closes at eleven, seven days a week. Either way the building doesn’t stop — and most of the people running it are working off somebody else’s schedule, in somebody else’s system. GameDay OS is the venue’s own operating screen: what’s playable, what’s broken, what the weather is about to do, and what actually happened today.

Now onboarding a first group of founding venues

Whoever’s event it is, it’s still your building.

Outside operators bring their own brackets, their own apps, and their own staff. None of that tells your crew that field 14 is unplayable, or that the restrooms by the north lot need attention before the 2pm wave. This part runs regardless of whose event is on.

Every surface, right now

Know what’s playable

Live status for every field, court, cage, and surface — open, watch, or closed, with the reason and who called it. One screen instead of a walk of the property and four phone calls.

Report to repair

Work orders that actually close

A torn net, a dead outlet, a gate that won’t latch — reported from where it was found, assigned, and tracked until it’s fixed. Nothing lives in a text thread or on a clipboard in someone’s truck.

One call, everyone hears it

Weather and alerts reach staff

When you make the call — hold, resume, clear the fields — it reaches every person working the site at once, and the time you made it is on the record. Across concurrent events, on separate schedules.

When the last game clears

The day, on the record

What ran, what went wrong, what got fixed, how long the hold lasted. An operating history you can hand to a board, a village, an insurer, or next season’s staff — instead of reconstructing it from memory.

And if you also sell the time.

Some venues rent the building out and never touch a schedule. Others sell every hour themselves. If you’re the second kind, this part is yours — and if you’re not, you can leave it switched off.

Stop being the switchboard

Renters claim their own time

Give a club or a team a block and let them claim open slots first-come-first-served. No double-books, and nobody waiting on a callback to book a Tuesday cage hour.

Halves, quarters, whatever tonight is

Divisible surfaces stay straight

A dome that splits two or four ways is four schedules pretending to be one. The system knows what a surface is actually divided into, so a full-field rental can’t be sold twice as halves.

The hours you’re not selling

See the gaps, not just the bookings

A calendar tells you what’s booked. This tells you what’s idle — which surfaces, which hours, which nights — so you know where the next dollar is before the season is over.

Your inventory, your revenue

Sell your signage and keep all of it

Your field pages, scoreboards, and concourse displays are ad space you already own. Sell it, and the system proves what ran — we don’t broker it and we don’t take a share.

Already run a booking platform? Keep it. This runs alongside it.

We don’t take a piece of your revenue.

Booking platforms take a cut of every rental, and registration platforms skim your families. We do neither. The venue pays one flat annual number, billed by invoice or PO — the rental income is yours, the sponsor money is yours, and your families never see a surcharge from us. Your bookings and operating history stay yours too, and leave with you if you ever go.

When a field goes down at 9am, how does your staff find out?

Whatever that path is today — a radio call, a text thread, someone walking the property — that’s what we replace. 20 minutes, your own building on one screen. No slides.
